About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Rose Park office in Adelaide.
The role of Contract Administrator for TFI is responsible for preparation of contracts, variation of orders and notice in relation to international trades performed in the course of business. It is the primary contact for liaising with both suppliers and customers in relation to export documentation and translation of documents and other correspondence. In addition it has the responsibility for the organization of domestic freight and international sea freights. This includes the preparation of documentation and meeting of compliance regulations for export sales, preparation of variation orders and contractual notices and maintenance of all contract databases.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in sales support or administration
- Previous experience within FMCG sales environment or similar
- Strong computer skills, particularly the Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
