Who are we looking for?
Two Senior Industrial Relations Consultants – ASO7. One ongoing contract and the other until October 2022.

What will you bring:

Strategic thinking to analyse complex industrial matters, identify, and consider potential solutions and risks and make recommendations for resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to successfully negotiate effective outcomes with a variety of stakeholders.
Experience in building effective networks, alliances and operational relationships internally and externally.
Demonstrated knowledge of IR principles and practices, and in depth understanding of SA Government legal and industrial frameworks and agreements.
An appropriate tertiary qualification in a related discipline or proven significant working experience in a relevant field.
